Show and Tell Symposium 2007

WAMSI's Show and Tell Symposium for WA marine science showcased the progress of its newly-begun research. More than 20 speakers gave presentations.

It was held on 29 March 2007 at Home Base Expo in Subiaco.

The response was overwhelming and the enthusiasm of the participants made for a very positive, interesting and informative day.

The presenters showcased their marine science research activities with 10 minute PowerPoint presentations. They also outlined the location of their research activities on a large map of WA so an overview of who was doing what and where in WA could be captured. 

Other presenters outlined the need for marine science in their region and how they could assist marine science with data management.
