Governing Board
WAMSI’s Governing Board is responsible for the overall strategy development, approval of annual budgets, the activities of the Institution, a peer review of the Institution’s research performance and for monitoring technical and financial performance. Its governance practices and fiduciary responsibilities follow those of an incorporated entity, even though WAMSI is an unincorporated joint venture. The Board provides essential advice on research priorities and projects and feedback on research outputs.
