More than 250 scientists from 15 partner institutions collaborated on over 85 WAMSI projects spanning five years to deliver an unprecedented public-good marine science program covering oceanography, climate variability, biodiversity, Ningaloo Marine Park, sustainable fisheries and biodiscovery.
The highly strategic and relevant research delivered by WAMSI through its partners, has enhanced our understating of WA’s unique marine environment, providing knowledge for informed decision making on big picture issues facing Government, industry and communities.
This interactive DVD showcases and is a “one stop shop” repository of WAMSI’s first five years of research. It includes: stakeholder interviews, strategic documents, annual reports, program summaries, project summaries, symposia proceedings and other multimedia.
