WAMSI Node 4 Symposium: Sustainable Marine Ecosystems

The WAMSI Node 4 symposium will be held on Monday, 2 November 2009 at the WA Fisheries and Marine Research Laboratories, Hillarys Marina.

The theme of the symposium is ecologically sustainable development for the marine state's fisheries and Implementing Ecosystem Based Fisheries Management.

The Western Australian Marine Science Institution’s 16 projects into sustainable marine ecosystems, covering fisheries (Node 4) have spearheaded WA research into fisheries and ecosystem management.

Research findings will be presented at a symposium.
