The WAMSI Annual Marine Research Presentations held at the Perth Convention Exhibition Centre on the morning of Wednesday 12 March 2008, were opened by the WAMSI Chairman Dr Peter Rogers.
Dr Chris Simpson, WAMSI's Ningaloo research leader (Node 3 of WAMSI's research projects), speaks about the latest research at the WAMSI Show and Tell conference.
Dr Simpson is head of the Department of Environment and Conservation's Marine Science Program. He was one of six node leaders to speak about their research so far.
WAMSI, the WA Government's most advanced computer organisation iVEC and the Western Australian Satellite Technology and Applications Consortium (WASTIC) held a seminar on the latest developments in marine data storage.
